Shipping

All jewellery is handmade to order so thank you for your patience while we make sure your orders are made and packaged perfectly.

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days but we will always aim to ship sooner.

Returns

Although we are sure you will love your Perl pieces, all items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original packaging, undamaged and in perfect condition for resale.  

To return an item, please Contact Us with your name, order number, and details of the item to be returned, and please await return instructions.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of your order.

Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns on personalised items, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days, however in some cases this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.  Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.

All returned products will be subject to inspection and we retain the right to refuse refund if the product is deemed in a worse condition than when it left us.

Please note earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
